If you’re in California, Oregon, Washington or Nevada and need to
surrender your Bull Terrier, we ask that you take the
following steps:

• Complete our Owner Surrender form (http://www.bullterrierrescue.org/?page_id=4290)
• Email a picture of your dog (for breed verification) to Susi
  at: suz@bullyhaven.org or text pictures to her at 415-672-7391.

We’ll contact you shortly upon receipt of the form.
Please feel free to contact Susi if you do not
hear from us within a week or if your situation is urgent.

We understand that this is a difficult decision and
appreciate that you have contacted Bull Terrier Rescue, Inc.
