Precious Philbert is an active guy who was found wandering the streets of San Francisco (hey, that would be a great name for a TV series!). He’s about 1.5 to 2 years old and weighs about 50lbs. He plays wonderfully with Target; and he’s been respectful of the male dogs at the kennel. Philbert is crate trained and may need a refresher on house and leash training.
